Y IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The petition for re-hearing be and the same is hereby
denied.
2. The Motion To Vacate The Amended Final Judgment be and
the same is hereby denied.
3. The defendant shall produce the note referred to in the
plaintiff's Motion To Compel Production Of Original Note or advise
i
the Court who has possession of the note to the best of the
defendant's knowledge and belief.
4. Execution on the Judgment shall be stayed for ten (10)
days to allow the defendant the opportunity to seek relief from
this Order with the Fourth District Court of Appeals by appro-
i
priate proceeding. ~ `
5. On the 11th day subsequent to the date of this Order,
unless stayed by the Fourth District Court of Appeals, the Court
shall enter an Order allowing execution on the original Judgment
Nunc Pro Tunc, October 9; 1979.
