SUBJECT to easements, restrictions, .r.eservations, and

LESS AND EXCEPTING the following described property:

SUZANNE PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at
Page 13, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the West 7.5 feet of the vacated alley adjoining
