WILLIAM EDWARD EASTMAN, Husband
and
GLORIA JEAN EASTMAN, Wife
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard upon those portions of the
Wife's Counterpetition herein seeking-temporary relief and the
Court having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument
of counsel and being fully-advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of the minor children, Wendy Jean Eastman
and Tammy Lynne Eastman, is awarded to the Wife, Gloria Jean
Eastman, granting unto the Husband, William Edward Eastman, reason-
able rights of visitation. The Husband shall notify the Wife
either by telephone or letter not less than 48 hours in advance
~ that he desires to visit with or see the minor children in Palm
f
Beach County, Florida.
2. Commencing on Friday, May 16, 1980 the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $35 per week per child, making a total
weekly payment of $70 for the support and maintenance of the minor
children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. Zn addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,

money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
