IN THS MARRIAGE OF:
BRUCE MARSHALL PARRS, Husband
and
SUSAN ENGEL PARRS, Wife
ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on May 9, 1980 on those
portions of the Wife's Petition filed herein seeking temporary
relief and those portions of the Husband's Counterpetition seeking
temporary relief, and the Court having heard testimony of the
parties and argument of counsel for the respective parties and being •
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The primary custody of the minor children, Edward Allen
Parks and Hollis Ellis Parks, is hereby awarded to the Wife, granting
unto the Husband reasonable rights of visitation. The Husband shall
j also have the right to have the minor children visit and be with him
` on Wednesday of each week, commencing May 14, 1980 from seven p.m.
~ until eight p.m., until further order of Court. The Husband shall
also have the right to have the minor children visit and be with him
away from the residence of the Wife on Sunday of each week, commencing
Sunday, May 18, 1980 from two p.m. until six p.m. until further order
of Court.
2.~ The Wife and minor children shall have the exclusive
use and possession of the marital home together with the furniture,
~ furnishings and appliances located therein at 3100 Life Oak Lane,
Fort Pierce, Florida and the Husband shall remove himself and his
f
personal effects therefrom by five p.m. on Thursday, May I5, 1980.
