HomeMy WebLinkAbout1424 3. Commencing Wednesday, May 14, 1980 the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $150 each and every week for the support
and maintenance of the minor children above named.
Each payment shall-be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
.each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised o~ their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
.4. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay all the
telephone and utilities bills incurred by the Wife for the marital
home when the same become due and before they become delinquent.
- 5. Jurisdiction of this cause is retained for the entry
of such further orders herein as equity may require.
6. Each of the parties hereto is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing, using physical
violence on or annoying the other, and neither party shall destroy or
dispose of any of the personal property, real property or assets now
in his or her possession, pending final hearing in said cause.
i 7. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to either art as ma be

necessary in insuring the parties' compliance with the restraining
provisions of this Order without further order of this Court.
