St. Lucie Oounty, Florida, which ecxvnbers the same lands new to be
enanibered by a new first mart~gacde in the principal sun of $50,000.00,
payable one year from date, given t4 Il~ N. IUD in substituion for and
satisfaction of the existing first ntart~gage thereoci.

mortgage to the new first nnrtgage referred too above when the existing
first m and any other ptrior liens are fully satisfied and dis-
charged, with the said RiT14i G. HAGER'1'Y retaining a first mortgage lien
on the 30 feet of land lying inntediately east of the 592.69 feet covered
by the Reed mortgage.

does hereby subordinate her above-referred irort~gage too the lien of the
