AFFIDAVIT OF DOROTHY FORESMAN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF MARTIN
BEFORE MS, the undersigned notary public personally
appeared DOROTHY FORESMAN, who, upon her oath says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of WILLIAM L. FORESMAN,
who died on February 6, 1980, as shown by the certified copy of
death certificate which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit"A"
and made a part hereof.
2. That at the time of the death of said WILLIAM L. FORESMAN,
your affiant and WILLIAM L. FORESMAN, owned real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 32, Block B, AVON MANOR SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book l6, Page 19, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, including 1971 Hampton Mobile Home,
Identification #1265H2RCD2733, which is included as
part of the real property.
3. That the marriage of your affiant-and WILLIAM L. FORESMAN •
was continuous and without interruption from the time of acquiring
title to the real property described above, until the death of
WILLIAM L. FORESMAN.
4. That the total value•of all property which WILLIAM L.
FORESMAN, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned.
I property, insurance, or other property included in his gross

~ estate for federal estate tax purposes was within the general
exemption and therefore no federal estate tax return, Form 706,
was necessary or filet?, and a Non-Taxable Certificate and Receipt
for Estate No.E-85375 is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "B" and
made a part hereof.
