90, hereby claims a lien in favor of THE ATLANTIS BUILDING "A"
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., against the following described
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:.
DWELLING UNIT 601A, ATLANTIS CONDO-
MINIUM, BUILDING "A", according to the
Declaration of Condominium, dated the
21st day of December, -1977, and filed
for record on the 6th day of January, .
1978, in Official Record Book 280,
pages 90 to 136 inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, TOGETHER
WITH the undivided interest in COMMON _
_ ELEMENTS declared in said DECLARATION
- OF CONDOMINIUM to be an appurtenance to
the above described Dwelling Unit.
The name of the record owner of the said real property is
CURTIS R. LEWIS, and the amount due and date when due is as
