Response to Plaintiff's Requests for Admissions were timely
filed under the circumstances.
(3) All parties shall have the right to amend their
witness and exhibit lists up until a point in time seven (7)
days prior to trial.
(4) Discovery will remain open._to all parties
up until seven (7) days before trial.
(5) Expert witnesses may be called out of turn at
trial, if necessary.
(6) Plaintiff's attorney shall by no later than
12:00 noon on May 19, 1980, provide for the review of
Defendant's counsel, those exhibits identified in Plaintiff's
Pre-Trial Statement as 5 (b) , 5 (d) , 5 (e) , 5 (f) (3) ,
5 (f ) (4 ) and 5 (h) . Should Plaintif f fail to comply
with this deadline, said exhibits will not be accepted as_
evidence at trial. _
(7) If Plaintiff requires additional documentation
from Coca Cola Foods Division, Inc., counsel of record for
the plaintiff shall file a Notice to Produce requesting

said documentation by no later than 12:00 noon on May 19, 1980.

possession by no later than June 9, 1980.
(8) That separate Orders as necessary will be mitered
in connection with any legal issues which may be in dispute
between Plaintiff and the Defendant, HOYLE SHANRLE.
