This cause came on to be heard on the Defendants' Motion for
leave to file an amended answer, affirmative defenses and counter-
petition, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the
respective parties and counsel for the Plaintiffs orally advised
the Court that he desired to file an amended Complaint and counsel
for the Defendants having no objection, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
-
1. The Plaintiffs shall have to and including May 26,
1980 in_which to file an Amended Complaint.
2. The Defendants shall have to and including June 6,
1980 to file an Answer and other pleadings to the Amended-Complaint.

3. In the event the Plaintiffs fail to file an Amended -
Complaint then the Defendants shall have to and including June 6,

1980 in which to file an Amended Answer, affirmative defenses and
~ a Counterclaim.
