ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY
AD LITEM AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM
This action was heard on the Plaintiff's kiotion for
appointment of Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem for the
absent and unknown Defendants.
IT IS ADJUDGED that
1. That Joseph J. DeRoss, Jr. is appointed attorney ad
litem and guardian ad litem for the absent and unknown
Defendants, Defendants iri the military service of the United
States, and minor Defendants or Defendants otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and he shall serve written defenses
without service of process on him.
2. It shall not be necessary for the attorney ad litem
or the guardian ad litem to file an oath. The filing of an
Answer or other paper shall be an acceptance of this appoint-
ment and an undertaking on his part to discharge faithfully
the duties of this office.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County, Florida, this
day of May, 1980. .
