This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption hereinbefore filed, and the Court finds that it has jurisdiction,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner(s) are fit and proper
.persons to adopt the minor child(ren) sought to be adopted, and that the
best interests of the child(ren) will be prompted by the adotpion, and
that the children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner(s),
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren) known as
JOHN D. ELLIS, III
are declared to be the legal child(ren) of the Petitioner(s) '

i FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said minor child(ren)
shall be the legal heir(s) of the Petitioner(s), JOHN D. ELLIS, SR.
and CABBIE H. ELLIS , entitled to all rights and privileges,
and subject to all obligations of children born to Petitioner(s) in
lawful wedlock.
