MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made this 16th day of May , 1980,
by and between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS,-INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", and SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with its. principal
place of business at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereinafter referred to as."Mortgagee".
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 1979, Mortgagor obtained
a loan from Mortgagee in the amount of Eighty Three Thousand
Three Hundred ($83,300.00) Dollars and executed and delivered to
Mortgagee a promissory note for said amount payable on or before
July 11, 1980, bearing interest at the rate of 10.75 percent per
annum; and .
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
$83,300.00 promissory note is secured by a first mortgage given
by Mortgagor to Mortgagee on the following described lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida:.
Begin at the NE corner of Block 71, of- WHITE
CITY, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, page
201, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence run North 89°35'56" West 411..70 feet;
thence run South 24°35'56" East 22.27 feet to a
point on curve; thence run Southwesterly-along
the arc of said curve being concave to the East,
having a radius of 90.00 feet,~a delta of
50°53'49", an arc distance of 79.95-feet; thence
tangent to said curve South 00°22'43" West 10.00
feet to the-point of beginning; thence continue
South 00°22'43" West 131.41 feet to a point on
curve; thence run Southwesterly along the arc of
said curve being concave to the Southeast, having
a radius of 50.00 feet, a delta of 33°58'19", an
arc distance of 29.65 feet; thence radial to said
curve North 70°27'48" West 35.68 feet; thence
North 89°35'56" West 65.00 feet; thence North
33°17'06" West 172.23 feet; thence run South
89°35'56" East 211.41 feet to the Point of
Beginning, all lying and being in Section 4,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida. TOGETHER WITH all land lying and being
Westerly of the above described parcel, bounded on
the North by the extension Westerly of the North
lot line of said parcel and on the South by the
extension Westerly of the Southerly line of the
above described. parcel, and situate and being
Easterly of the main stream of the North St. Lucie
River.
