HomeMy WebLinkAbout1519 WHEREAS, said first mortgage dated July 11, 1979 was recorded on July 12, 1979 in Official Record Book 312 at page 1595 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WHEREAS, Mortgagor is the present owner of the above described real property; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to modify the terms of payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned promissory note of Mortgagor. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Mortgagor represents and warrants that it is the owner of-the above described real property and that there are no liens or encumbrances against said real property other than the aforementioned mortgage and real estate taxes accruing sub- sequent to December 31, 1979. 2. The current principal balance of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned promissory note is the amount of Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred ($83,300.00) Dollars and accrued interest on said indebtedness has been paid through May 1~, 1980. 3. The indebtedness evidenced by the above described I promissory note of Mortgagor shall henceforth bear interest e at the rate of Thirteen and one-half (13-1/2$) percent per annum and shall be payable in consecutive monthly installments due the ~ ~ - day of each month, in the amount of One Thousand Five ($1,005.76) Dollars and 76/100 commencing on the ~ day of June, 1980 and continuing until the 1~~ day of May, 2000, whereupon the entire unpaid principal balance and accrued interest . shall be due and payable. Each such installment shall be first applied to the payment of accrued interest and then to the unpaid a principal balance.
