in and to said estate unto the sole remaining heir of the
decedent, LEONARD A. SIRORSRI, Petitioner herein.
6. LEONARD A. SIRORSRI, whose address is: c/o
Lloyds Bank International, Ltd, Zurich Branch, erosenstrasse 18,
Zurich, Switzerland and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve_as Personal Representative of
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
Personal "Representative because of the Assignment of Interest
unto him from the other heirs of the estate in accordance with
the Assignment attached hereto.
7. Domiciliary probate proceedings are not known
to be pending in another state or county.
8: The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 24, 25, 26, 27, Block 455,
_ Port St. Lucie, Section 10, and Lots 26 and 27,
Block 456, Port St. Lucie, Section 10, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 49, 49A through
49G of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
_ Florida,
and having a total and aggregate value of: $47,000.00, and all
titled in the name of the decedent alone.
9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,-
Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or- Codicils of
Decedent.

Petitioner requests that LEONARD A. SIRORSRI be
E appointed Personal Representative of the estate of the- Decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
