PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
Comes now, LEONARD A. SIKORSRI, Personal
Representative of the Estate of JAN LUDWIR SIRORSRI, Deceased,
and respectfully represents as follows:
1. That decedent died on August 28, 1977, owning
property in St. Lucie County, to-wit:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 24, 25~, 26, 27, Block 455, Port St. Lucie,
Section 10, and Lots 26 and 27, Block 456, Port St. Lucie,
Section 10, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 49, 49A through 49G of the Public
Records of St. Lucie- County, Florida.
2.' Petitioner has received an offer to purchase
the real property described above from SUNSHINE BUILDERS, INC.,
at a price of $47,000.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions of
a Contract for Sale and Purchase, a copy of which is attached to
and made a part of this Petition.
3. It is in the best interest of the estate and of -
those persons interested in the estate that the real property
described above be sold.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the Court enter

an Order authorizing Petitioner to sell and convey the real

property described above to SUNSHINE BUILDERS, INC., and to pay

from the gross proceeds of said sale all of the necessary and
customary expenses of sale, pursuant to the Contract for Sale and
~ Purchase attached to and made a part of this Petition.
