1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named personal representative. Petitioner's name
and address are SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Oranqe -
Avenue, P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and-the name
and address of petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, GLADYS L. HARDER, whose last known
address was 207 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 67 years, and whose social security number is
264-30-0009, died on April 22, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
