4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIS COUNTY, whose address
is as set forth above and which is qualified under the laws
of Florida to serve as personal representative of the dece-
dent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representative because it is the appointed personal. '
representative under Clause FIFTH of decedent's last will.
6. The-nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Real estate having a value of less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. Thee original of the decedent's last will, dated
February 11, 1976, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
