LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, GLADYS L. HARDER, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
• revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a
manner suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my dust debts and
funeral expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my
estate.
THIRD
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
f -
time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the

items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
FOURTH
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate, of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos~-
eased, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest

whatsoever, unto my brother and sisters: HOWARD CARVER; AGNES ~
HANCOCK; CORINNE M. O'DELL; and, EUNICE MAHAR, in equal shares,
