I hereby nominate and appoint the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with trust powers, Fort
Pierce, Florida, or its successor, to act as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond, and I do further
waive any and all notices, filing of inventory, appraisal or
appointment of appraisers, as required by Order of Court or law,
giving and granting said Executor the right to sell, with or
without. the Order of any Court at public or private sale. -

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of February, 1976.
