MOTION TO VACATE ORDER
OF FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
DU~ORES GUETTLER JACQUIN, the wife of the decedent, also known
as DOLORES MARY JACQUIN, moves the Court to vacate its Order of Family
Administration entered in the foregoing cause on November 6, A.D., 1979,
and as grounds therefore state that, since the entry of the Order of -
Family Administration, certain real estate titled in the decedent's sole
name has been discovered necessitating the filing of a Formal Administra-
tion.
