The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as half brother and sole heir. 'The name and address is as set
forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and address of my attorney is
as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH EDWARD REINO, a/k/a JOSEPH E.
REINO, whose last known address was: 1001 Woodside Avenue,
Elwood City, Lawrence, Pennsylvania, died on May 20, 1979 at

New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.
3. So far as is known,•the names of the'
beneficiaries of this estate, their addresses and relationships
to decedent, and the ages of any who are minors, are:
