7. The estate is not indebted except for: NONE.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as
follows:

located in St. Lucie County,
Florida. '
9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,
petitioner is unaware~of any unrevoked wills or codicils of
decedent.
Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph
8 of this Petition.
- Under penalty of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
