LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, BELLE NANCE, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and annulling any and all Wills by me at anX time heretofore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manner
suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain..
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die. pos.
sessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest
whatsoever, unto my husband, MARTIN NANCE..
~ FOURTH
In the event my husband, MARTIN NANCE, shall have predeceased
~ me, or our deaths should occur simultaneously or approximately so,
or in the same common accident or calamity, or under any circum-
~ stances causing doubt as to which of us survived the other, then
in either event, I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to divide
all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatever
¢ location or description, both real and personal and/or mixed, of
which I die possessed, or over which I have power of disposition,
