I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter, OLIVE ROSELLA j
STATEN, to act as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to `
serve without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices,
filing of inventory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as
required by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said~Execu-
trix the right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at
public or private sale; and, in the event my daughter, OLIVE
ROSELLA STATEN, shall predecease me, or be unwilling or unable to
act, then in either event, I hereby nominate and appoint my sons,

LEWIS M. NANCE and DONALD LEE NANCE, to act in her stead, giving
and graving said Co-Executors the same powers, rights, waivers and
excuse from bond as hereinbefore set out for my daughter as
Executrix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
