Beginning at the intersection of the west right of way line
of County Road (North Indian River Drive) and the North line
of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run thence
West 173.51 feet; thence turn and run South 115.53 feet to
the North boundary line of Yacht Lane; thence turn and run
East along said North line of Yacht Lane 200.32 feet; thence
turn and run North along the West right of way line of County
Road 100 feet to-the point of beginning. Al so~the North
100 feet of that part of Government Lot 1 of Section 33,~
Township 34 South, P.ange 40 East, lying East of North
Indian River Drive, together with riparian rights.
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with Mortgagee,
the within mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness,
but also ADVANCES to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor
the aggregate of which will equal the principal amount specified
in the promissory note secured hereby.
~ This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct an erroneous
maturity date appearing in that certain mortgage dated March 26, 1980
E and recorded in O.R. Book 329, page 84, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon which intangible tax has

the property covered by this Mortgage; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this
Mortgage is on a leasehold) are herein referred to as the "Property."
Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and
convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will warrant and defend generally the title to the
Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declarations, easements or reatrictiona listed in a schedule of
exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender s interest in the Property.
