ORDER THIS CAUSE having come before this trial on the 8th day of May, 1980 on the Husband's Petition for Rehearing and~the Wife's Motion for Contempt, Enforcement of Final Judgment, and Writ of Assistance and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. With regards to the Husband's Petition for Rehearing concerning partition of the jointly owned properties, the Court hereby amends for clarification of paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage entered April 16, 1980 in this cause to show as follows: Thus paragraph is in no way intended to be connstrued as an order of partition of the jointly owned property of the parties but rather either party y within six months / has the o from the date of this Qrder, pportunity to purchase the other party's one-half interest in either of the two jointly owned properties upon the terms shown above in this R paragraph. If both parties wish to purchase the others interest in either or both of the joint properties then the procedure for purchase shall be by sealed bid as to the property or properties in which both parties wish to purchase the other E interest.
