2. The Husband's Petition for Rehearing is denied as
to all other matters not dealt with in paragraph 1 above. ~
3. As to the Wife's Motion for Contempt, Enforcement of
Final Judgment and Writ of Assistance this Court orders the
Husband to vacate ,the marital dwelling taking with him only
his personal effects within seven (7) days from the date of
this Order, otherwise he shall be held in contempt of this

Court. '
4. Upon oral motion of the counsel for the Husband for
a stay pending review this Court orders a stay pending review
as to all matters regarding the payment of money. -
DONE AND ORDERED this day of May, 1980 at Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. - -
