Trustee to J. ELVIN KING and HELEN B. KING, his wife,
in the original principal amount of Ninety-Five Thousand
($95,000.00) Dollars dated December 6, 1979 and recorded
in Official Record Book 321 at page 1971 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
HELEN B. KING who, after being first duly sworn, upon her oath
deposes and says:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all the facts stated
herein.
2. That she resides at 2005 South 30th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450.
3. That she and J. ELVIN KING were married on or about
1939 and that said marital relationship was continuous
~ June 11,
and without interruption until the date of the said J. ELVIN KING's
death on or about April 5, 1980; and further Affiant sayeth not.
