The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Jay Wesley Buckner, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the lst day of February,
1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on February 16, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of. Account and .
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
. Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, .settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
E for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal-representative, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
