Range 39 East, lying westerly oP Florida's Turnpike right-ot-way,
being more particularly described as Pollows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 36, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, run north 890 23' S6" east 150 feet along
the north line of said Section 36 to the point of beginning;

point being 316 feet northweeterly_ot the right-ot-way line of

feet to a point, said point being 300 test northwesterly of the
