• WITHDRAWAL OF FICTITIOUS NAME REGISTRATION •
I, ALBERT KIELE, do hereby withdraw my fictitious name
registration of ABA ENTERPRISES under which I, along with others,
have been conducting business located at 911 Delaware Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida. This withdrawal is effective as of the
date of my execution hereof and I acknowledge that I have no
further interest in the conduct of said business, and that I have
no further interest whatsoever in the assets owned by said entity
and do further release and discharge each and all of the other
individual parties thereto from any and all liability or
obligations to me as a former partner of said partnership entity
known as ABA ENTERPRISES.
