filed by the Plaintiff and the Agreement and Stipulation for Judg-
ment filed by all parties hereto, and the Court, after reviewing
the aforesaid documents, as~well as all other pleadings in the
file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises thereupon
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES
1. That the IMPERIAL BANK OF LAKELAND to have and
recover from the Defendant, THOMAS J. HUBBELL, the sum of $1,000.00
as damages involved in all claims and causes of action arising out
of the above styled cause.
2. Let execution issue for the above stated. amount
forthwith.
