AFFIDAVIT

STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Charles R. Fitzpatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAK8M100D PARK PROPERTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St, Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, ~ page 284 , Public
Records of St, Lucie County, Flori a.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, :since said arrea rage
has now been paid:
Lot 16 Block 63 Unit 6 -
in the name of: Richard Alan Hanks
and now held in the name of : Mr & Mrs Sam A Robson •
