GROVER ALAN THOMAS, Husband,
and
MARINA GEROLD THOMAS, Wife.
ORDER ON CONTEMPT
THIS. CAUSE having been heard upon the Wife's Notion for j
,Order of Contempt, the Wife having been represented by counsel
and the Husband having appeared in Court, and the Court having
considered the evidence, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt .for the
Husband's failure to comply with Paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment
entered August 27, 1979, be and the same is hereby continued for
.thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, after which time
the Wife shall serve the Husband with notice of a hearing on said
Motion.

2. The~Husband, GROVER ALAN THOMAS, is found to be in _
Contempt of Court for failure to pay attorneys' fees and costs
as_provided for in the Order of this Court dated August 14, 1979
and the Final Judgment dated August 27, 1979, and he is hereby
sentenced to serve days in the St. Lucie County Jail, to~
be suspended upon the payment of $100.00 each and every month
commencing July 1, 1980, to the law firm of FEE, KOBLEGARD &

. TEFL, P.A., Post Office Box 1000,-Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
3. Upon the failure to the Husband to make said payments,
the Wife or her attorney may file with this Court an affidavit to
that effect and a commitment order will be issued without further
~ notice to the Husband.
ORDERED at Fort Piece, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
