THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Motion for Continu-
ance filed on behalf of Defendant, ELLEN GUTERL, and the Court
having considered said Motion for Continuance, the Affidavits
appended thereto, the testimony of Plaintiff, MYRA~BIANCO, the
arguments of counsel for-the respective parties, the record in
this cause, and being otherwise fully advised on the premises,
it is,
