Motion to Set Aside Stipulated Final Judgment of Partition,
and the Court having reviewed the file and being otherwise -
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. That the Stipulated Final Judgment of Partition
entered on the 28th day of April, 1980, be and the same is
hereby cancelled, set aside, and made null and void.- -

amicably settled by the parties, and this lawsuit be and the
same is hereby dismissed with pre'udice.
