Defendants . ORDER This cause having come on for hearing on the Plaintiff's. Motion for Video Tape Deposition, and upon the Stipulation of the parties, and it appearing to the court that said Motion and said Stipulation are proper under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.310(b)(4); it is ORDERED that the testimony at the deposition of DR. GEROGE A. TURMAIL, M.D., be recorded on video tape at the initial cost of the movant, and that a conteaporaneous stenographic transcription of said deposition be recorded and filed in accordance with the applicable and governing rules, it is FURTHER ORDERED that the video tape deposition be preserved in the offices of CLUM REPORTING, Court Reporters, 32 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Florida, until produced at the trial of this cause i ' or on further order of this court. DONE AND ORDERED this ay of 1980 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
