THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court pursuant to
Rule 7.100 (a) and (d) of the Florida Rules of Summary Procedure,
and Rule 1.170 (j) of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, under
which both parties hereto stipulate that this action should be
transferred to Circuit Court, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case shall be transferred
to the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for
St. Lucie County and the C1erY. of this Court shall transmit to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court forthwith all papers filed in this cause.
