Notice is hereby given that CENTRAL BANK & TRUS? COMPANY,
as Trustee under Land Trust No.59-328 has instituted suit in
the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and
for St.Lucie County,Florida against ALLAN DUNBAR, ET.AL.,
The relief sought herein is to quiet the title by
removing a possible cloud encumbering the following described
property situated in St.Lucie County, Florida,to-wit:
That part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section
20, Township 34 South,Range 40 East lying East of
U.S.Highway #1,LESS the•South 210 feet thereof and
LESS that cQrtair. tract of land conveyed by H. M.
McSurley and wife to James L. Foreman,as described
in Deed recorded in Deed Book 226-,Page 276 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida,AND ALSO
LESS rights of way for Florida East Coast Railway
and for public roads -AND- that part of the NW 1/4
t of the NW 1/4 of Section 21,Township 34 South,
~ Range 40 East, lying West of the Florida East Coast
Railway right of way,LESS the South 210 feet
thereof and LESS that certain tract of land conveyed
by H. M. McSurley and wife to James L. Foreman, as
described in Deed recorded in Deed Book 226, Page
.276 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida
AND ALSO LESS rights of way for public roads.
INCLUDING the main building of concrete block
approximately 72 feet by 24 feet.
