ORDER THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Petitioner's Motion for Order of Clarification and Motion for Enforcement and both parties having been present and the Wife having been represented by counsel who was also present and the Court being fully advised in the premises and finding that as of May 16, 1980 the Husband is in arrears on his payments of child support in the full amount of $1,475.00, that the Husband has not had any substantial change of cir- cumstances since the entry of the Final Judgment in this cause, that the Husband's original obligation was $25.00 per week per child in the Final Judgment and that at this point the Husband's obligation for child support is only $25.00 per week for the minor chi1H, David E. Swart~,Jr. which obligation e shall cease upcn the child's attainment of majority on E December 5, 1980, it is ~ _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Respondent, DAVID E. SWARTZ,is ordered to pay $40.00 per week toward child support and arreages to be allocated as follows: (A) $25.00 per week shall be applied for the child support for David E. Swartz,Jr., and (B) $15.00 per week shall be allocated toward payment of the present arreages. Said allocation shall continue until the minor child David E. Swartz,Jr. attains majority on December 5, 1980 and thereafter the $40.00 per week payments shall continue until the arrearages are paid in full.
