payments shall be made through the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida with an additional
$2.00 per payment to be added to each payment as a Clerk's
fee and each payment shall be made to the Clerk on each and
every Friday, commencing Friday, May 23, 1980 and continuing
on a weekly basis until there is no further obligation owed
by the Respondent. '
2. The Respondent is relieved from any further obliga-
tion to pay child support for the minor child Russell Swartz
until further order of~this Court.
3. The Respondent, David E. Swartz, is ordered to pay
the Petitioner's attorney John Edgar Sherrard a reasonble fee
of $100.00 plus $12.00 cost of sheriff's service on or before :
seven days. from the date of this Order.
4. Should the Respondent, David E. Swartz, fail in any
of the above obligations then there shall be a hearing held
whereby he must show cause why~he should not be held in
contempt of this Court and sentenced to sixty days in the
County jail.
