The undersigned, Edythe N. Bishop, of lawful age, being duly sworn under
oath according to law, states that she is the same person, as Edythe N. Wilcox,
that she and her former husband, Dick Wilcox, contracted to purchase from.General -
Development Corporation the following described property:
Lot 20, Block 1523, of Port St. Lucie Section 30, a subdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 10
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida , -
said contract being dated November 10, 1967; .that she participated in making pay-
ments on said property and claims an interest therbin; that she has never transfer-
. red her contract rights and did not authorize the deed recorded in Book 323, page ~
132 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, which conveyed solely to Dick
Wilcox; and that she does claim ownership of an equitable interest in said property.
