accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of
HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records
Book 254, page 2128, etc., and all amendments thereto, all in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to restrictions, easements and reservations of record.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.

To HAVE AND TO HOI.U the same. together with all and singular the tenements, hemditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and revtnions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in
