O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Husband's Motion
to Modify Final Judgment and the Court having heard testimony of
both parties and argument of counsel for each party and being
fully advised in-the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband's Motion to Modify Final Judgment
be and the same is hereby denied.
2. The Husband shall have the right to have the minor
child, Jeanine Tompkins, visit and be with him away from the
residence of the Wife on alternate weekends, commencing Friday,
May 16, 1980 from four p.m. on Friday until six p.m. on Sunday.
3. The Husband shall have the right to have the minor
child named above visit and be with him away from the residence
~ of the Wife-on alternate legal holidays,to-wit: Easter, July 4th,
Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day, commencing July 4, 1980.-
4. The Wife shall have the minor child for the first
~ week of the Christmas vacation period, from the time school is out
in December of 1980, and the Husband shall have the minor child
visit and be with him the second week of the Christmas vacation
~ period until school reconvenes in 1981; thereafter the parties shall
alternate visitation periods with the Husband having the minor child
~ for the first week of the Christmas vacation period in December of
t 1981 and the Wife having said minor child for the second week until
school reconvenes in January 1982, it being the intent that one
