other parent to have the minor child for Christmas the next year.
5. The Husband shall be responsible for the transporta-
tion of the minor child to and from the residence of the Wife for
all such visitation periods.
6. The Husband shall have the right to have the minor
child visit and be with him away from the residence of the Wife for
thirty days during each summer vacation period, the time to be
agreed upon between the parties prior to June 15 of each year,
commencing June 15,-1980. In the event the parties hereto cannot
agree on such thirty-day period, the Court will designate a set time,-
without ahearing, upon application by either party.
-7. Neither party shall remove the minor child hereinabove
named out of the State of Florida without the written consent of
the other party, or upon order of Court. -
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders herein as may be
