IN THE MARRIAGE OF COLUMBUS CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, III, Husband and ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN, Wife ORDER OF CONTEMPT This cause coming on to be heard on May 16, 1980 upon Motion for Order of Contempt for the Husband's failure to pay attorney's fees to Wife's counsel of record and the Court having heard testi- mony and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Husband, Columbus Christopher Coleman, III, has failed to comply with paragraphs 6 and 7•of the Final. Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage, entered herein on December 6, 1979 and is in arrears in such payments in the amount of $584.50. 2. The Husband had the ability to make the payments pursuant to the Final Judgment. 3. The Court determines that the Husband, Columbus Christopher Coleman, is in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the terms of the Final Judgment as above set out, and is sentenced to serve 30 full days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida; that said sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum of $100 on Friday, May 23, 1980 and $l00 on Friday of each week thereafter until the full sum of $584.50 plus $12 for seriff's service of Motion for Order of Contempt on said Husband has been paid in full. 4.
