This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion to
Dismiss between GORDON F. GADE, Petitioner, and MARILYN J. GADE,
Respondent and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is therefore
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. Motion to Dismiss dated March 12, 1980, is hereby
denied at the request of the Attorney for the Respondent, Errol
S. Willes, and the Attorney for the Petitioner, John R. Gregory.
The Respondent shall, within ten (10) days after the signing
of this Order, file the original of .any written defenses with the
Clerk of said Court. If the Respondent fails to do so, a default
will be entered against that Respondent for the relief demanded
in the Petition.
