ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS SUN-BANR'S
AND SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY'S
MOTION TO STRIKE
Defendants Sun Bank of St. Lucie County and Sun Banks
of Florida, Inc., filed the Motio hereafte noted, which
have been heard by the Cour ~irsuant to Notice. The Court
now orders that:
1. The Motion for Protective Order is ,granted,
and no person associated with either of said
v Defendants shall be deposed except after five
(5) working days of notice to counsel~of
record for said defendants.
2. The Court reserves ruling on said Defendants
Motion to Quash Subpoenae Duces Tecum, based
upon the representation of Plaintiff's counsel
that the "financial statements" which were
desired are statements of profit and loss,
and balance sheets for the twelve (12) months
preceeding the date of the hearing.
3. Defendants Sun Banks of Florida, Inc.'s Motion
for a Protective Order is granted, and no
discovery shall be taken of said defendant or
