ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM
This action was heard on Plaintiffs' motion for appointment
of attorney and guardian ad litem for defendant, and it is
'ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. _ is hereby appointed attorney
and guardian ad lite for all absent, unknown defendants; defendants
in military service; minor defendants, and defendants under legal dis-
ability, if any.
2. The undersigned attorney ad litem shall serve written de-
fenses without service of process on him.
3. It shall not be necessary for the attorney ad litem to
file an oath. The filing of an answer or other paper shall be accept-
ance of his appointment and an undertaking on his part to faithfully
discharge the duties of this undertak' g.
